Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy. Shopify supports selling digital products that are typically available immediately after purchase.

All Sweetova products are delivered in digital format. No physical items are shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • You did not receive your digital product after purchase
  • The file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed
  • A technical issue on our side prevented successful delivery of the product

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong product
  • You expected a physical product instead of a digital download
  • You no longer want the product after receiving access
  • You did not read the product description before purchasing
  • You are unable to use the product due to software, device, or personal preference issues not caused by Sweetova

4. Refund Request Period

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@sweetova.shop with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A clear description of the issue

6. Review Process

We review refund requests within 3 to 7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shopify allows merchants to refund orders from the admin, including without creating a physical return, which is especially relevant for digital products.
